What is the REISA?
REISA, formerly the Tenant-In-Common Association (TICA) is a trade association serving all professionals who offer and distribute alternative investments. REISA members include sponsors, broker-dealers, attorneys, CPAs, qualified intermediaries, registered investment advisors (RIAs) and registered representatives.
How do I become a member of REISA?

If a member may be eligible for multiple classes, how is the membership class determined?
The appropriate membership class is determined by the primary business purpose of the member's relationship with REISA. For example, a principal of a sponsor who is also a licensed registered representative, and who is primarily a member of REISA to market, promote or solicit for the benefit of the sponsor, is defined as a sponsor member. Members are expected to select their classification ethically and not circumvent the intent of the classes for their own financial or other benefit. Contact for clarification.
What is my username and password?
Your username and password allow you to access member-only portions of the website. If you have forgotten either of these, contact REISA staff at or (317) 663-4180.
When and how will I receive my username and password?
After receipt of your application and payment is confirmed, you will receive your username and password via e-mail within 48 hours followed by a welcome letter in the mail.
How do I update my profile?
You can update your profile online in the members-only section
How much are membership dues?
The cost of membership dues depends on what classification group you are in. Go to the membership dues page to see all the fees.
Is my membership based on an anniversary date or prorated on a calendar year?
Membership is based on an anniversary date.
How many locations can be listed on the locator map per membership?
One location may be listed on the locator map. Additional locations can be listed for $99 each.
Does REISA and its members adhere to a set of professional standards?
Yes, REISA has established a guideline of standards for its members with its Code of Ethics. All members receive a copy of the Code of Ethics in their welcome kit. Read the Code of Ethics.
