Sponsor Membership

Engaged in the sale or management of securities or other alternative investments.

• Includes (3) individual members who are employees of the sponsor
• Unlimited company representatives are included with your membership
• Eligible for sponsorship at REISA events.

Dues for Sponsor Members are based on the amount of capital raised within the 12 months prior to submitting this application:

• Sponsor Company Member ($0-25 million): $5,000
• Sponsor Company Member ($26-100 million): $7,500
• Sponsor Company Member ($101 million and above): $10,000

Affiliate Membership

Affiliate Company Members: $2,500

Attorneys, Independent Wholesaling Firms, Sponsor Affiliated Broker-Dealers, Managing Broker-Dealers, Due Diligence Firms,
Real Estate Firms, Management Companies, Mortgage Brokers, Lenders, Accountants, Consultants, Appraisal Firms, QI’s and
other Industry Related Parties.

• Unlimited company representatives are included with your membership (e.g., employees, partners or principals of the Affiliate Company).
• Eligible for sponsorship at REISA events.

Affiliate Single Member: $1,000

For Independent Wholesalers and other industry-related parties with one (1) person working for or owning firm. Affiliate single members are not eligible for sponsorship at REISA events.

Associate Membership

A Broker-Dealer (BD) or Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) member is a firm that has the ability and primary purpose to
directly execute selling agreements with and raise capital for programs of non-affiliated sponsor firms on behalf of producing
Registered Representatives (RRs) and Investment Advisor Representatives (IARs).

REISA provides a complimentary membership for all Broker-Dealers and RIAs. In addition, BDs and RIAs receive up to two complimentary registrations for all REISA events.

Excludes producing RRs/IARs whose primary business is in retail sales to investors.

Individual Membership

(Retail-producing) Registered Representative, Investment Adviser/Investment Advisory Representative (IAR) and
Licensed Real Estate Broker. All individual retail members must have an active license, but may be currently unaffiliated
with a broker-dealer firm or real estate brokerage firm.

• Registered Representatives/Financial Advisor: $199*                 
• Investment Advisory Representatives: $199*
• Licensed real estate brokers: $199**

*Membership is waived for those who currently hold an active FINRA/NASD Series 1, 7, 22, or 65 license in good standing. Not eligible for sponsorship at REISA events.

**Not eligible for sponsorship at REISA events. Real Estate brokerage firms are considered service providers; therefore, any brokerage firm must apply as an Affiliate member.
